This time, I’ll cover the events from the arrival at Obel until the point where we’re leaving again on a really big ship. I still ramble on and have a lot to say. *g*
Suikoden IV
September 24, 2008
Soooo, Suikoden IV. I’ve played the game before and finished replaying it yesterday, and this time, I took several pages worth of random notes to let them lose on the doubtlessly Very Interested Internet. While I have to agree that Suiko4 is not exactly the strongest entry in the series, it’s still a good game and, if you ask me, a much better game than some people give it credit for. I have my issues with it (mainly the execution of some plot points), but there’s a lot of info to be found (though it’s unfortunately easy to miss), and you know I’m a little bit detail obsessed.
A fair word of warning: I like Snowe. And I like the game in general. Discussion is fine, but if you’re just here to bash either, you might want to leave. That said, here’s part one of my Suiko4 game ramblings: Random observations, eye-rolling over some less-than-stellar elements and plenty of reason for Why I Like This Game (And Snowe).
